Tropical Depression Colin Is Weakening on Northern Track, U.S. Agency Says

Tropical Depression Colin, which weakened from a tropical storm earlier today, is continuing to lose organization as it moves north, and could dissipate, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said in its latest advisory.
